I received a satellite image from south Korean HLL.

But now it is shorter in 8 minutes.
Because of the reception only of the rod antenna,

The 13th edition of "Ferrell痴 Confidential Frequency List" (2003) on page 155 has an 砥nknown・Fax station 120/576 listed on 8296kHz.
Farther back in time the Communications Confidential column of the September 1994 issue of "Popular Communications" magazine on page 52 is some follow up information about "a submarine base calling TWR771 on 8296 kHz・
TWR771 is or was a 100 ft. (30.5m) Torpedo Weapons Retriever; US Navy Auxiliary vessel called the Phoenix, home port Pearl Harbor?

Hello! sat_dxer.
The current KVM70 schedule is currently Oct. 20, 2016.
Confirmed.
Why did you send the schedule for Mar. 4, 2015?
I feel strange.
Are you sending the schedule of Oct. 20, 2016 on 9982.5, 11090, 16135 kHz?
I have not yet checked the published frequencies.
I didn稚 know that there was an unknown fax station on 8296 kHz that appeared to be the US Navy.
Moreover, it is Pearl Harbor.
Is it a facsimile wave from Hawaii for the Navy?

Thank you for the interesting information.

Thank you for the US Navy FAX station information before 1995.
Does NPM still exist in the shortwave band?
Recently, KVM70 weather fax has not been sent at 8296 kHz (8294.1 USB).
Maybe it was a test from the US Navy base?
KVM70 on 8296 kHz is still a mystery!

By the way, Korean weather FAX, HLL send at 3585kHz (3583.1 USB).

Great Job & Fine Business, Amano
You may want to watch for NPN on Guam if also operating standby on call, but any frequency for it, found listed on the Internet is open to question.
Besides the 2003 book listing of 8296kHz noted above, found a 2011 Wefax 120/576 web posting as: "08296.0 UNID"
Likely the original poster just repeated someone else's list and never bothered to confirm or check for accuracy.

It seems that the 8296 kHz fax station was confirmed in 2011, following in 2003.
In 2020, KVM70 came out at 8296 kHz, but I'm wondering when it will come out next time.
Yesterday, I received the KVM70 on 9982.5 kHz (9980.6 USB).
There was some side interference of the broadcast wave in the first half before 1600, but after 1600 the interference was gone and I was able to receive it neatly.
