This is not NK Jamming. It seems mixed same as Jamming of 6250kHz.

Jan 28 also noted the same sound; heard very faintly underneath VOH. Concluded it was much to weak
to be jamming and was not the type of jamming used on other VOH frequencies. So I believe 4885 is still
not jammed, but needs regular monitoring. Noted with the usual good signal.

South Korea: Voice of Hope /(Heemang-ui me-ah-ri bangsong)
has added an additional frequency to start the new year:
9100 kHz. Now on 3985, 4885, 6003, 6250, 6348, and 9100
broadcasting from 3pm to 9am the following day. (0600 -
0000 UTC). The network broadcasts from the Taereung and
Hwaseong intelligence sites in Seoul and the south suburbs,
yet is naturally rather heavily jammed.

Philadelphia on the websites, so changed :D) recently, I was surprised at operating V24
entirely these days. I'm also monitoring them, even captured their mistakes on 5900 kHz.
Well... it made us not be sure if it is really Numbers Station more and more as it makes such things. XD
at 12:42 UTC, I could view the spectrum on 4557 kHz, it was a funny thing because VOP had
already moved their frequencies. I found out it is also sending Pyongyang BS. Still now.

I've finally gotten around to uploading the full hour of 4885 Echo of Hope's broadcast loop.
The following recording is from a close (unnamed, due to our dabbling in North Korean
propaganda over the years) friend who lives about a half hour from the 4885 tower (the
tower was much closer to my home), while the one-hour schedule and the transliteration
of the opening posted below were both originally posted in this group by Ron Howard with
help from Japanese friends.
Here's the 60-minute clip of 4885 South Korea recorded back on June 26th. You can find
photos of the tower of origin that I posted in the Transmitter Photos group in the past
if you search hard enough.
