I confirmed today, too.

KOREA SOUTH. second day back to alternate frequency of 5920, Voice of Freedom (ex: 6045). 0950-1000 UT, Dec 3.
I confirmed that "Hanminjog tong-illo milaelo"  (Korean people, to unity, to the future) was being broadcast.
But North Korean pulsating noise jamming already existed.
