Broadcast time on shortwave has changed. 

It is still unknown whether this is a regular change or a change due to their Lunar New Year.

  *0000-0500*                    ** More monitoring is necessary .
  *0800-1500* (*0750-, *0650-)   ** More monitoring is necessary .

  Because Daytime is not being monitored everyday, this may not be the case...
