I was busy yesterday, so I wasn't able to check the morning V28 transmissions at 2100z. I can confirm the evening 5507kHz transmission ended at 1207z. For anyone wondering, the operator was female. I didn't spend as much time monitoring the evening transmission on 3044kHz, so I don't know when it ended.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 05 (Mon), 2026 22:26 UTC No.3190
I didn't see any morning V28 transmissions at 2100z. However, at 2202z, there was one on 3044.5kHz. It was extremely weak, but I believe the operator was female. I wonder why there hasn't been a morning V28 transmission for the past few days...

Also, I really enjoyed going through N&O #348, Ary.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 06 (Tue), 2026 16:05 UTC No.3191
So far today (6th of October), at 1201z, I saw two evening V28 transmissions begin around the same time on 5508.7kHz and 3048kHz. The transmission on 5508.7kHz started with 9 seconds of carrier being broadcasted before going silent for almost a minute. It came back with only the carrier for 23 seconds before a male operator began speaking. He spoke for almost 4 minutes before getting cut off by the transmission abruptly ending at 1207z. The transmission remained mostly audible for the entire time it was up. I didn't spend as much time monitoring the other evening transmission on 3048kHz, but I assume it only was up for a couple minutes.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 07 (Wed), 2026 14:48 UTC No.3193
I didn't see any morning V28 transmissions yesterday at 2100z or 2200z. So far today (7th of October), I saw two evening V28 transmissions. The first one started at 1157z on 3048.4kHz and the second one started at 1201z on 5508.5kHz. The transmission on 3048.4kHz started with a barely audible female operator. At 1202z, some broken electronic buzzing started. Looking at it using a spectrogram, it somewhat looks like extremely distorted morse code. I'll see if I can link that part of the transmission below. At 1204z, it stops and a male operator starts speaking. He's slightly more audible than the female operator. At 1211z, a female operator takes over. Due to how poor the transmission was, I can't tell if it's the same one from the beginning or a different female operator. The transmission finally came to an end at 1213z. I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 5508.5kHz, but I saw it was off around 1205z. Thanks for sending over your V28 log, Iwate!

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 07 (Wed), 2026 22:38 UTC No.3194
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2158z on 3043kHz and at 2200z on 5009kHz. Just like with the evening V28 transmissions earlier in the day, I spent more time monitoring the former. It was even weaker than the transmission at 1157z, but it appeared to follow a similar format with a female operator initially speaking. I don't know if a broken electronic buzzing (potentially distorted morse code) occurred during the transmission, but at 2208z, I barely began hearing a male operator speaking. Around 2210z, I assume the male operator either finished the message or became inaudible due to how weak the transmission was. I tracked the carrier until the transmission ended at 2217z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 5509kHz, I saw it was off by 2208z. I also did find a carrier at 2218z on 5480kHz, but I doubt it's related to V28. It went off the air a minute later at 2219z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 08 (Thu), 2026 17:25 UTC No.3195
Unfortunately, I overslept a little bit, so I only was able to catch one evening V28 transmission today (8th of October) already in progress at 1200z on 5507.5kHz. The operator was female and she finished her message at 1206z. The carrier drifted until 1207z when the transmission ended.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 08 (Thu), 2026 22:38 UTC No.3196
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2201z on 3042.7kHz. The operator was female and the transmission was very weak. It went off at 2210z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 09 (Fri), 2026 14:08 UTC No.3197
So far today (9th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1202z on 3042.7kHz. The operator was female and the transmission ended at 1206z. qsr711 and I had no luck finding other evening V28 transmissions.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 10 (Sat), 2026 16:54 UTC No.3200
I wasn't able to find any morning V28 transmission yesterday due to the South Korean SDRs having some issues, so I guess I wasn't missing out on much. So far today (10th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1200z on 3043.1kHz. The operator was female and the transmission ended at 1206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 11 (Sun), 2026 17:49 UTC No.3202
Once again, I wasn't able to find any morning V28 transmissions yesterday. So far today (11th of October), I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1200z on 5509.5kHz and at 1202z on 3042.9kHz. The transmission on 5509.5kHz had a female operator and it ended at 1208z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3042.9kHz, it wasn't up for long as it went off at 1204z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 11 (Sun), 2026 22:46 UTC No.3203
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2202z on 5509kHz. When the transmission began, it frequency drifted from 5509kHz all the way to 5513.6kHz before sticking around 5513.4kHz for the rest of its time up. The operator was female and the transmission ended at 2207z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 12 (Mon), 2026 16:38 UTC No.3204
So far today (12th of October), I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1200z on 5510.5kHz and at 1201z on 3043kHz. The transmission on 5510.5kHz had a female operator and due to the frequency drift, it went up as high as 5512.8kHz. The transmission ended at 1209z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3043kHz, it went off at 1204z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 12 (Mon), 2026 22:51 UTC No.3205
There was one morning V28 transmission at 2157z at 5509.7kHz. It started with a female operator speaking for 50 seconds before she went quiet for 2 and a half minutes. The female operator started speaking again at 2200z and she kept talking before the transmission abruptly ended at 2106z, cutting her off in the middle of her message. During the entire time it was up, the transmission kept drifting up and down the spectrum.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 13 (Tue), 2026 16:23 UTC No.3206
Due to some Internet issues, I was only able to catch one evening V28 transmission today (13th of October) already in progress at 1200z on 5511kHz. The operator was female and she finished her message at 1207z. During the entire time I was recording the transmission, it kept drifting up and down the spectrum. If I'm not mistaken, it went as high as 5513.6kHz. The transmission ended at 1209z. It could just be me, but it seems like the frequency drift has been getting notably worse.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 13 (Tue), 2026 22:46 UTC No.3207
There were two morning V28 transmissions at 2200z at 5510kHz and at 2203z on 3042.5kHz. The transmission on 5510kHz had a female operator and she finished her message at 2203z. The entire time, the transmission drifted up the spectrum, but after the message, the carrier continued drifting. It reached 5513kHz before slowly going back down the spectrum. The transmission ended at 2208z. I think I caught the transmission on 3042.5kHz already in progress since it went off around 2205-2206z.

I only found the evening V28 transmission on 3042.4kHz, so I spent the entire time recording it. It started at 1202z and ended at 1207z. For anyone wondering, the operator was female. For morning V28 transmissions, I only found one at 2203z on 3042.5kHz. Unfortunately for me, due to a mix of the transmission being so weak and the main South Korean SDR I use going offline, I had a hard time even confirming if it was a V28 transmission or not over the background noise. I think the operator was female. It went off at 2207z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 15 (Thu), 2026 14:59 UTC No.3210
So far today (15th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1201z on 3042.8kHz. The operator was female and the transmission was mostly clear and modulated. It went off at 1207z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 15 (Thu), 2026 22:55 UTC No.3211
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2159z on 3042.75kHz and at 2207z on 5512.7kHz. The transmission on 3042.75kHz had a female operator and it went off at 2206z. Unfortunately for me, I found the other transmission after the message was finished, but the carrier was still up. It went off at 2213z and had one of the craziest looking frequency drifts I've ever seen right before it did.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 16 (Fri), 2026 16:07 UTC No.3213
So far today (16th of October), I found two evening V28 transmission at 1201z on 5491kHz and at 1203z on 3047.5kHz. The transmission on 5491kHz had a female operator, but after a minute, the transmission became so weak I was only able to track it using the carrier. It ended at 1207z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3047.5kHz, it ended around the same time as the other transmission at 1207z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 16 (Fri), 2026 22:42 UTC No.3215
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 3048.9kHz. The operator was female and it ended at 2210z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 17 (Sat), 2026 15:13 UTC No.3224
So far today (17th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1159z on 5490.8kHz. The operator was female, but a few seconds after the transmission started, due to a mix of background noise, interference from another station, and the transmission itself becoming weak, I couldn't hear the woman for the rest of its time up. I could only track it using the carrier. The transmission ended at 1206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 18 (Sun), 2026 17:13 UTC No.3228
I didn't see any morning V28 transmissions yesterday at 2200z. So far today (18th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1202z on 3042.7kHz while Rycat on the Priyom Discord server found another evening transmission at 1200z on 5490.8kHz. The transmission on 3042.7kHz had a female operator, but I could barely hear her due to the same factors I brought up yesterday. It ended at 1206z. I don't know when the transmission on 5490.8kHz ended, but Rycat said the voice stressed him out.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 18 (Sun), 2026 23:07 UTC No.3229
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2201z on 3043kHz and at 2205z on 5479.6kHz. The transmission on 3043kHz had a female operator, but it was too weak for me to make anything out. The transmission ended at 2207z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 5479.6kHz and while I do believe I caught in progress, CryptLab and I were able to hear a female voice (the same one I believe Rycat said stressed him out in the 1200z 5490.8kHz transmission). The transmission ended at 2209z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 19 (Mon), 2026 15:09 UTC No.3230
So far today (19th of October), I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1201z on 5479kHz and at 1203z on 3042.6kHz. The transmission on 5479kHz had a female operator, but I was only able to make out a few things before the transmission ended at 1207z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3042.6kHz, it ended at 1208z. Also, the transmission was too weak for me to hear any operator.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 19 (Mon), 2026 22:34 UTC No.3231
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 5476.5kHz. Thankfully, the main South Korean SDR I use is online again, so I had an easier time picking it up. The operator was female. Towards the end of the transmission, some background noise from either an answering machine or other electronic started going off. The same background noise was also picked up after the female operator finished her message. At 2209z, the transmission started drifting and made it to 5479.7kHz before going off at 2210z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 20 (Tue), 2026 15:09 UTC No.3232
So far today (20th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1202z on 3048.8kHz. The operator was male and throughout the entire transmission, there was a background buzzing noise. The transmission went off at 1209z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 20 (Tue), 2026 22:44 UTC No.3233
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 5476.3kHz. The operator was female and the same electronic background noise makes a return. At 2203z, a male voice can be heard in the background. After the female operator finished her message at 2209z, the carrier remained up until the transmission went off at 2210z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 21 (Wed), 2026 15:03 UTC No.3234
So far today (21st of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1158z on 3043.2kHz. The operator was female. A second into the transmission, it stops and remains off for 10 seconds before coming back. At 1205z, the transmission abruptly ends.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 21 (Wed), 2026 22:35 UTC No.3235
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 5477.9kHz. The operator was female and again, the same electronic background noise makes an appearance. The transmission went off at 2209z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 22 (Thu), 2026 14:14 UTC No.3236
So far today (22nd of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1200z on 5493kHz. The operator was female and it ended at 1207z. Throughout the entire transmission, it kept drifting up and down the spectrum.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 22 (Thu), 2026 22:56 UTC No.3237
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2159z on 5490.7kHz. The operator was female and throughout the transmission, the electronic background noise and what sounds like a man could be heard. After the female operator finished her message at 2209z, the carrier drifted all the way up to 5493kHz. The transmission went off at 2213z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 23 (Fri), 2026 14:33 UTC No.3238
So far today (23rd of October), I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1201z on 5490.9kHz and at 1202z on 3042.8kHz. The transmission on 5490.9kHz had a female operator, but ended abruptly at 1205z, cutting the female operator off. The transmission on 3042.8kHz had a different female operator. It went off at 1207z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 23 (Fri), 2026 22:52 UTC No.3239
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2200z on 3042.9kHz and at 2207z on 4592.7kHz. The transmission on 3042.9kHz initially had a male operator, but switched to a female operator before it went off at 2206z. The transmission was very weak, so I don't know when the operators switched, but the woman was clearly audible 30 seconds before the transmission went off. Afterwards, the transmission on 4592.7kHz started. I believe the same female operator was on this transmission too. During its time up, there were intermittent gaps around 0.25 seconds where the carrier went off, then came back. The transmission went off at 2210z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 24 (Sat), 2026 14:58 UTC No.3240
So far today (24th of October), I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1200z on 5491.6kHz and at 1205z on 3044kHz. The transmission on 5491.6kHz had a female operator, but due to how weak the transmission was and SDR issues, I wasn't able to make out much. It ended abruptly at 1205z, cutting the female operator off in the middle of her message. I believe I caught the transmission on 3044kHz already in progress since it went off at 1207z. It had a different female operator and was very weak.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 24 (Sat), 2026 23:31 UTC No.3241
I found two morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 5491kHz and at 2201z on 3044kHz. The operator on 5491kHz was female and she finished her message at 2209z. The carrier stayed up until 2213z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3044kHz, it went off at 2205z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 25 (Sun), 2026 15:22 UTC No.3242
So far today (25th of October), I found two "normal" evening V28 transmissions at 1200z on 5490.6kHz and at 1206z on 3044.2kHz. I also found a potential V28 morse counterpart transmission at 1209z on 5226.4kHz. The transmission on 5490.6kHz was female and it abruptly ended at 1206z. After the transmission on 5490.6kHz went off, I found the 3044.2kHz transmission. I caught in progress by at least a few minutes since it went off at 1207z. It had a different female operator. After the transmission on 3044.2kHz went off, I found the 5226.4kHz transmission. There were numerous intermittent gaps throughout the transmission where the carrier went off and came back. When I looked at my recording of it through a spectrogram, there appeared to be morse code. It disappeared when the carrier went out and reappeared when the carrier came back. Because of that, I believe this is a transmission of the morse counterpart for V28.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 25 (Sun), 2026 15:23 UTC No.3243
Here's the 5226.4kHz transmission.

I found one morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 5491kHz. The operator was female and she finished her message at 2209z. The carrier remained up until 2217z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 26 (Mon), 2026 14:36 UTC No.3245
So far today (26th of October), I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1200z on 5490kHz and at 1202z on 3044.3kHz. The transmission on 5490kHz had a female operator and it went off at 1206z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3044.3kHz, it went off at the same time as the other transmission at 1206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 27 (Tue), 2026 14:28 UTC No.3246
Rycat and I didn't see any morning V28 transmissions yesterday at 2200z. So far today (27th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1205z on 3044.5kHz, though I definitely caught it in progress by at least a couple minutes. The operator was female. Despite the transmission being very weak when I found it, right before it went off at 1207z, the carrier seemed to transmit with a lot more power. It only lasted for 20 seconds before the transmission came to an end.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 27 (Tue), 2026 22:28 UTC No.3247
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2200z on 5488.2kHz and at 2203z on 3044.2kHz. The transmission on 5488.2kHz had a female operator and she finished her message at 2209z. At 2207z, the electronic background noise appeared briefly. After the female operator finished her message, the carrier remained up until 2210z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3044.2kHz, it went off at 2206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 28 (Wed), 2026 14:20 UTC No.3248
So far today (28th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1159z on 3044.4kHz. The operator was female. At the start of the transmission, after 45 seconds, the carrier went out and stayed off for around a minute and a half. It came back at 1202z with the female operator barely audible. At 1209z, I assume the female operator finished her message as I stopped hearing her for the rest of the transmission. The carrier remained up until 1211z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 28 (Wed), 2026 22:14 UTC No.3249
Rycat and I found one morning V28 transmission at 2202z on 3044kHz. The operator was female and the transmission abruptly ended at 2205z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 29 (Thu), 2026 15:11 UTC No.3250
So far today (29th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1159z on 3044.2kHz. The operator was female and it ended at 1205z. The transmission was very weak for its entire time up.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 29 (Thu), 2026 22:53 UTC No.3251
I found two V28 transmissions at 2159z on 3044kHz and at 2201z on 5489.5kHz. The transmission on 3044kHz had a female operator and it ended at 2206z. The transmission on 5489.5kHz had a different female operator and she finished her message at 2210z. Also, the electronic background noise and some beeping make a brief appearance towards the end of the message. I think there was a man speaking in the background after the message ended. The carrier remained up for another minute until it went off at 2211z. Both transmissions were weak.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 30 (Fri), 2026 14:56 UTC No.3252
So far today (30th of October), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1201z on 3043.9kHz. The operator was female and it ended at 1206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 30 (Fri), 2026 23:24 UTC No.3253
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2201z on 5490kHz and on 3044.3kHz. The transmission on 5490kHz had a female operator and she finished her message at 2209z. The electronic background noise is present towards the end of the message and after it. After the female operator finished her message, I think the transmission picked up her leaving the desk. The carrier remained up until 2210z. While I didn't spend as time monitoring the transmission on 3044.3kHz, it went off at 2205z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Oct 31 (Sat), 2026 18:17 UTC No.3254
So far today, Rycat and I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1159z on 5488kHz and at 1202z on 3047.7kHz. The transmission on 5488kHz had a female operator and it ended abruptly at 1206z, cutting her off. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3047.7kHz, it went off around 1204-1205z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 01 (Sun), 2026 00:30 UTC No.3255
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 5489.5kHz. The operator was female and it ended at 2208z. Throughout the entire transmission, it kept drifting up and down the spectrum.

With that, that's the end of my V28 logs for October. I'm really glad I was able to monitor both the morning and evening schedules. I plan on sticking around and continuing my contributions to the website. Also, I hope my posts weren't too overwhelming to read.

Thanks for all your V28 logs. I will include them in N&O

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 01 (Sun), 2026 13:23 UTC No.3259
So far today (1st of November), I found two evening V28 transmissions at 1200z on 5488.2kHz and at 1203z on 3049.9kHz. The transmission on 5488.2kHz had a male operator and it ended at 1205z. The transmission on 3049.9kHz had a female operator and I believe she finished her message at 1207z. However, before the transmission went off, it seemed like a man went up to the microphone and said something like "호 ㅎㅗ ㅎㅗ ㅎㅗ," or "Ho ho ho ho." I thought it was a pirate at first (and it could still be a pirate for all I know), but it was in AM and there wasn't any other interference. I'm going to send an audio clip of that below for anyone wanting to listen.

Also, I can't wait for the next issue of N&O, Ary. I do have some XPA2 logs (specifically, the decodes) from the new schedule I need to email over to you that you can also include.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 01 (Sun), 2026 22:49 UTC No.3260
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2158z on 5488.2kHz and at 2209z on 3049.5kHz. The transmission on 5488.2kHz started with just the carrier, but after 10 seconds, it went off for a minutes and 20 seconds. It came back at 2200z with a female operator and she finished her message at 2209z. After she finished her message, the microphone picks up her leaving and the carrier went out shortly after. After the transmission on 5488.2kHz went off, I found the other transmission on 3049.5kHz already in progress. It had a different female operator and it went off at 2210z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 02 (Mon), 2026 16:53 UTC No.3262
So far today (2nd of November), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1203z on 3050kHz and FlaaffySW on the Priyom Discord server/IRC chatroom found another one at 1208z on 2975kHz. The transmission on 3050kHz had a female operator and it went off at 1206z. I wasn't able to tune into the transmission on 2975kHz in time before it went off at 1209z, but FlaaffySW thankfully sent their recording of it on the Priyom Discord server/IRC chatroom. The operator was also female, but I don't think it's the same one from the previous transmission. Both transmissions were decently modulated and mostly audible.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 02 (Mon), 2026 23:32 UTC No.3263
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2159z on 5488.9kHz and at 2202z on 3050kHz. The transmission on 5488.9kHz had a female operator and it ended abruptly at 2109z, cutting her off in the process. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3050kHz, it went off around 2205-2206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 03 (Tue), 2026 15:03 UTC No.3264
So far today (3rd of November), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1202z on 3049.4kHz and I might have found another one a couple minutes earlier at 1200z on 2974.6kHz, but it was so weak on the SDR I used that I personally wasn't able to fully confirm if it actually was V28 or not. It went off around 1205-1206z. Pille also logged it on that same frequency, so it probably was an evening V28 transmission. I spent more time monitoring the transmission on 3049.4kHz when it came on the air. It had a female operator and it went off at 1206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 03 (Tue), 2026 22:45 UTC No.3265
I found two morning V28 transmissions at 2159z on 5490kHz and at 2203z on 3049.4kHz. The transmission on 5490kHz had a female operator, but it sounded like she was slightly sick. Her voice sounded more strained and she had to clear her voice a couple times at the beginning of the transmission. Also, the female operator sounded more lethargic than usual. The transmission ended at 2206z. While I didn't spend as much time monitoring the transmission on 3049.4kHz, it went off around 2205z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 04 (Wed), 2026 15:21 UTC No.3267
So far today (4th of November), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1202z on 3049.6kHz. The operator was female and it went off at 1206z.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 04 (Wed), 2026 23:07 UTC No.3271
I found one morning V28 transmission at 2200z on 3049.5kHz. The operator was female and it went off at 2207z.

Also, I feel that with my girlfriend. She gets a little impatient with me over my dedication to logging these transmissions, especially if we have something planned, but she fully understands. She loves comparing one of the female operators to Ri Chun-hee due to her voice intonation.

Re: North Korea : V28 "The Parrot" (05) - MiasmaSpasm63 Nov 05 (Thu), 2026 15:22 UTC No.3272
So far today (5th of November), I found one evening V28 transmission at 1159z on 3049.5kHz. The operator was female and at the start of the transmission, music was audible in the background. I'm going to send an audio clip of it below for anyone wanting to identify it. There was also a man audible in the background during the transmission. At 1203z, the transmission went out, cutting the female operator off. It stayed off for around 45 seconds before coming back at 1204z. The transmission then remained up until 1206z.
