It drifted frequency slightly, but the transmission stayed around 3042kHz and the transmission quality was really poor. I really want to see if anyone here could confirm this was the case or if I recorded something else since I'm not too familiar with V28. Starting on the 30th of September during the morning transmissions, after my V28 log on 3044.8kHz, Sauerstoffdioxid logged another V28 transmission at 2204z on 5514kHz. He said it had "barely audible modulation," which I was able to confirm. I was able to log two evening V28 transmissions for the 1st of October (today). First, an extremely faint transmission started at 1159z on 5508kHz. The carrier went off at 1204z before coming back around 1206z. It went off for good at 1211z. The second V28 transmission started at 1202z on 3044.9kHz. It only was up for a couple minutes, ending around 1204z or 1205z. I assume since V28's schedule changed, the next morning transmissions will start around 2200z. I'll make sure to post those logs once the morning transmissions end.
